Here you’ll find a fear based culture and greedy management that will throw you under the bus without thinking twice. It doesn’t matter what department you work for. They’re everywhere. If you’re a minority you’re in for a ride. As the old boys club is alive and well and their goal is to make certain it stays that way. Good luck trying to find minorities in higher up positions. They don’t exist. While most companies strive to create a nurturing and happy working environments for their employees this company could care less. They should win the title “worst company to work for.” Proceed with caution for any position that you may be applying for.
