      Pros

      Management team is not afraid to jump in and assist when needed. Pretty much all of them started out as DSP's themselves and have been with the company for an impressive amount of time. Appear to be very loyal and dedicated. Truly care about the people they serve.

      Cons

      Because the company has grown to be so large and continues to grow, it's difficult at times to know who does what.
