Pros
Good collaboration between departments, helpful payroll team, accounting payees are great. Hr team is amazing and helpful. The support these departments provide is extremely helpful and can make or break situations.
Cons
Misinformation from operations leadership. Limited help to supervisors and programmers and they are overworked causing high turnover so more work for our level. Always seems like there is a power control between corporate departments on who is in charge with executives. People in executive levels and corporate levels have different standard they seem to have to meet and most times not higher levels almost always lower. Makes most think there is way to much overhead now.
