Pros

Great work culture, lots of emphasis on innovation. Interdepartmental collaboration is possible and encouraged. The small-medium size of the company allows the familiarity with all the employees working there.

Cons

Bureaucracy in the work place. Management is hard to satisfy. Alot of extra hours of work is expected but not rewarded.
