Great science. Many people motivated to help patients.

Cons

Toxic culture and leadership that demands much of your life while providing no/little recognition or compensation. They seem to be squandering a promising pipeline, hanging everything on one medication that has likely reached its peak. Understand the sacrifices you’ll be making should you choose to join.

Most of the people are great. The science is amazing. Diversity is a priority.

Cons

Upper management is terrible. They say what you want hear and don't follow through. I regularly work close to 60 hours a week and get my hand slapped for not being in the office on a regular basis. There is a big push to go into the office. This is interesting as I will not work over 40 if I am in the office.
