patient centric compelling science, many excellent, committed people and groups, especially in UK

Cons

Toxic executive culture in the US offices ignores company values, disrespectful, vindictive, and dishonest to employees. Some teams significantly overworked, others over resourced due to skill at playing politics. Not a learning organization. An R/D "start up" mindset- with a launched commercial product; contiued success doubtful under current, inexperienced and unprofessional management.

Toxic culture and leadership that demands much of your life while providing no/little recognition or compensation. They seem to be squandering a promising pipeline, hanging everything on one medication that has likely reached its peak. Understand the sacrifices you’ll be making should you choose to join.
