Small office. Kitchen in break room. Family-like atmosphere. Working with tenured employees. No cubicles and every day is different.

Public transportation is about a 15 minute walk away.

Good pay even if nobody has a clue whats going on

Sales force is long tenured, tough, and experienced. Managers are largely hired guns with unrelated experience who are clueless, lack accountability and cannot get the job done. Eventually irelevant unaccountable management with poor planning will negativemt affect your position. Just look at the grammar of some of their posts on linkedin.
