      If youre on top of your business you can do a lot of work from home

      Cons

      Its hard to feel passionate about selling toilet paper and garabage bags. Out of stocks are ridiculous; constant issue that comes up with customers.

      Small office. Kitchen in break room. Family-like atmosphere. Working with tenured employees. No cubicles and every day is different.

      Cons

      Public transportation is about a 15 minute walk away.

      Consistent full-time hours. Treated like a normal employee. Real opportunities to get hired on.

      Overwhelming and stressful work. No room for overtime, even though nature of work could have easily justified it.
