      Pros

      Working from home and having a manager that didn’t micro manage you every second. She was great and I’m sad that I had to leave.

      Cons

      The only thing I can think of is the salary and the benefits. They were not the best.

      Pros

      Small office. Kitchen in break room. Family-like atmosphere. Working with tenured employees. No cubicles and every day is different.

      Cons

      Public transportation is about a 15 minute walk away.

      Consistent full-time hours. Treated like a normal employee. Real opportunities to get hired on.

      Cons

      Overwhelming and stressful work. No room for overtime, even though nature of work could have easily justified it.
