      The equipment was fairly decent. The lead driver really went to bat for his drivers.

      Very Long Hours if a driver quits. Certain drivers didn't have to pick up the slack when needed.

      Small office. Kitchen in break room. Family-like atmosphere. Working with tenured employees. No cubicles and every day is different.

      Cons

      Public transportation is about a 15 minute walk away.

      Consistent full-time hours. Treated like a normal employee. Real opportunities to get hired on.

      Cons

      Overwhelming and stressful work. No room for overtime, even though nature of work could have easily justified it.
