      The people at Imperial Dade are not only welcoming but genuinely treat you like family. They are a team effort and are always there to help when it's needed. The job I have gives me flexible hours and the capability to work from home as needed.

      Cons

      Communication can use some work. It takes a while to get a response from legal to review bids.

      Small office. Kitchen in break room. Family-like atmosphere. Working with tenured employees. No cubicles and every day is different.

      Cons

      Public transportation is about a 15 minute walk away.

      Overwhelming and stressful work. No room for overtime, even though nature of work could have easily justified it.
