      In the time that I worked for Imperial Dade I grew a lot, and I don’t just mean in my career. I learned what it means to be a man working there.

      Cons

      I owe this company a lot and I would have stayed if I hadn’t had to leave to take care of my folks.

      Small office. Kitchen in break room. Family-like atmosphere. Working with tenured employees. No cubicles and every day is different.

      Cons

      Public transportation is about a 15 minute walk away.

      Consistent full-time hours. Treated like a normal employee. Real opportunities to get hired on.

      Cons

      Overwhelming and stressful work. No room for overtime, even though nature of work could have easily justified it.
