      Good exposure in different areas of the business due to constantly acquiring companies and rapid growth

      Cons

      Constantly making changes to the work environment and management structure with lack of planning There is no work life balance, constantly working late and demanding to work on weekends/holidays Raises are not good even if you get promoted Lack of diversity and inclusion for Senior Management

      Small office. Kitchen in break room. Family-like atmosphere. Working with tenured employees. No cubicles and every day is different.

      Cons

      Public transportation is about a 15 minute walk away.

      Consistent full-time hours. Treated like a normal employee. Real opportunities to get hired on.

      Overwhelming and stressful work. No room for overtime, even though nature of work could have easily justified it.
