Pros

* I work on a great team with a great manager. * Our Engineering VP is an excellent leader. * Our Software Engineering VP is also and excellent leader. * The work is interesting and challenging. * I am compensated very, very well.

Cons

We are under pressure to produce, however, no more than you would expect from a company dedicated to meeting and exceeding our markets' expectations.

Pros

No employer is perfect but Impinj makes genuine effort to be the most inclusive employer out there. I can voice my perspectives, have productive dialogue, and really work with my team on the stuff that matters; not focus on office politics or things that take away from my ability to perform my best.

I can’t think of any right now.
