- Leadership takes an active role. They seem truly invested in the success of the Company. - People are great. They are very helpful and accommodating, with a true team mentality - Generous benefits including PTO, paid medical, 401k match

Pros

No employer is perfect but Impinj makes genuine effort to be the most inclusive employer out there. I can voice my perspectives, have productive dialogue, and really work with my team on the stuff that matters; not focus on office politics or things that take away from my ability to perform my best.
