When it comes to your compensation and PTO, we regularly review market data to determine pay and balance that against company and individual performance. Our PTO policy is very flexible, guiding our US employees to consider anywhere from 3 – 6 weeks off per year but if you feel you are not getting the time off that you request, please reach out to HR.
