      location smart team quality of management bagel fridays not a sweat shop respected in the field even distribution of responsibilities

      Cons

      There are some very smart engineers and accountants, but there are some very areas of the company. Manufacturing and IT were not strong.

      Pros

      No employer is perfect but Impinj makes genuine effort to be the most inclusive employer out there. I can voice my perspectives, have productive dialogue, and really work with my team on the stuff that matters; not focus on office politics or things that take away from my ability to perform my best.
