I got to work amazing people. They were extremely knowledgeable in their fields, we got our jobs done, and had lots of laughs along the way. I also got to work on a very interesting and challenging technology while getting promotions due to the great work I was able to do. Yearly reviews are amazingly simple. They focus more on having you reach out to people to give and get feedback during the year. I took vacations and never had any problems taking time off when I needed it. Upper management is open and as honest as they can be about what is happening in the company on a weekly basis.
