Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective and comments. Of course, it is great to see the "Pros" you have listed, but my focus in responding is on the "Cons" and in particular your perspective on gender diversity at Impinj. Impinj takes diversity seriously and has made good progress working on its own and with other Seattle tech companies to actively embrace and drive diversity. Along those lines, in 2016 Impinj was pleased to announce its support and partnership with Ada Academy, sponsorship of three participants in EverwiseWoman, and its ongoing work with WiRL. As with any alumni, I invite you to visit with me personally about your experiences. It would have been great to do so and to be able to address your views while you were here, but even after-the-fact you can be part of making Impinj a phenomenal company, and I hope you will accept my invitation to do so.
