Thank you for sharing your perspective and comments. Impinj certainly prides itself on its overall approach to pay and benefits, and your post touches on a few of them including the much-loved Bagel Fridays, and of course, others. You are correct that Impinj does not pay for parking. Rather, the company provides every staff member with a Green Transportation subsidy of $100 per month (usable for anything), a fully-paid ORCA card, and multiple van pool options. I regret that your experience was not more positive while you were with Impinj. We are, of course, fanatical about making Impinj a great place to work. If you would care to visit with me to share more details I am always happy to talk with an alumni. Sean (Sr HR Director)

Pros

No employer is perfect but Impinj makes genuine effort to be the most inclusive employer out there. I can voice my perspectives, have productive dialogue, and really work with my team on the stuff that matters; not focus on office politics or things that take away from my ability to perform my best.

Cons

I can’t think of any right now.
