Company doesn't provide parking - Anonymous employee Impinj Employee Review

Impinj certainly prides itself on its overall approach to pay and benefits, and your post touches on a few of them including the much-loved Bagel Fridays, and of course, others. You are correct that Impinj does not pay for parking. Rather, the company provides every staff member with a Green Transportation subsidy of $100 per month (usable for anything), a fully-paid ORCA card, and multiple van pool options. I regret that your experience was not more positive while you were with Impinj. We are, of course, fanatical about making Impinj a great place to work.
