Pros

Sound IT products. Technically savvy people who are friendly. Foodie type company. Nice office space and clean and modern work areas. Benefits are okay.

Cons

The arrogance of some of the managers and their bully tactics go unchecked by HR. It runs rampant and ruins people's lives. There's a culture of darkness in that respect with certain departments and how they are managed. It causes fear and distrust among teammates.

Pros

New CEO is smart, capable, and doing a good job Benefits were good Catered lunch in the office each Wednesday

Cons

Toxic middle management - yelling, tantrums, and retaliation on top of extreme incompetence. Managers fail to lead and are essentially micromanagers of tasks. They create meaningless work, stress out about it, and fail to validate the business need at any point in the process. When you suggest and deliver something of actual value, you will receive no credit. Honestly this was the worst experience of my entire professional career and I’ve never been so thankful to leave an organization.
