Favoritism is strong in some team's upper and middle management resulting in a lack of work life balance for some teams and at times, poor product quality. The same management team follows ‘the three laws of performance’ religiously, demonizing team members who cannot present their message in positive way. Some key leaders are in way over their heads and are dragging down their Divisions, with their teams succeeding in spite of – rather than because of them.
