      Pros

      - They give you flexible PTO, doesn't really matter the reason you have - People are helpful and nice. - When you're sick, just take the day off and tell your manager - The pay is good - They do monthly activities

      Cons

      They didn't offer me a full time position when my internship ended. Sometimes the work you do doesn't feel that meaningful.

      Imprivata was a great company to work for and they really focus on employee experience.

      Was laid off during COVID unfortunately.

      Pros

      New CEO is smart, capable, and doing a good job Benefits were good Catered lunch in the office each Wednesday

      Cons

      Toxic middle management - yelling, tantrums, and retaliation on top of extreme incompetence. Managers fail to lead and are essentially micromanagers of tasks. They create meaningless work, stress out about it, and fail to validate the business need at any point in the process. When you suggest and deliver something of actual value, you will receive no credit. Honestly this was the worst experience of my entire professional career and I’ve never been so thankful to leave an organization.
