You don’t know your schedule for the next day till 10pm the night before. Tons of driving, they say 90 mile radius, they regularly sent be even further then 90 miles. Once drove 2 hours and the home owner wanted something we didn’t offer. They say you’ll get 10-12 leads a week. I averaged 6 a week 3-4 months I worked there. The company average closing rate is 20%, so at 6 leads a week you can be a rock star and not make enough money. They tell you how much you can make, and you can make a lot of money and some people in the company do. But you have to be one of the handful of sales people who get all the leads. The Columbus office has several who run 3 appointments a day. But with me being new and in a smaller market I was never going to get the lead volume to make the money they said you could.
