Performance-based bonus incentives are being attained by our staff on a regular basis and vary based on the individual's commitment, focus and dedication to being at their best. In addition to our initial training program which lasts more than 4 weeks, employees are supported through ongoing one-on-one coaching, as well as group training and monthly marketing training events. There is also a wide array training videos, recordings and other materials designed to support each employee's top performance.
