Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. As a performance-based organization, our compensation plans offer competitive hourly pay plus unlimited bonus incentive earnings. Performance-based bonus incentives are being attained by our staff on a regular basis and vary based on the individual's commitment, focus and dedication to being at their best. In addition to our initial training program which lasts more than 4 weeks, employees are supported through ongoing one-on-one coaching, as well as group training and monthly marketing training events. There is also a wide array training videos, recordings and other materials designed to support each employee's top performance. Many of our staff regularly report earning more than they ever have in any position before joining our organization. We're happy that we are able to have a positive impact on the lives of so many. Compensation plans are designed to be easy to understand and reviewed with each new employee before they make their decision to join the Company. If there are ever questions regarding the pay plan, time is spent with each employee to ensure comprehension and agreement before moving forward. Pros

I enjoy working with a supportive team that values communication and collaboration. The role has allowed me to develop my customer service, scheduling, and problem-solving skills while working with both customers and technicians. Management is approachable, and there are opportunities to learn and grow within the company. I find the work rewarding because I am able to help customers and contribute to a positive experience.

Cons

The work can be fast-paced and demanding at times, particularly during busy seasons. Managing schedule changes and multiple customer requests simultaneously can be challenging and requires strong organizational skills and flexibility.
