Pros

The company is what you make of it. I had a great time working for Improveit! HR during my time there. I worked for the Dayton office and had a great time with the people I worked with in my office. Andrew (manager) really helped shape the team myself included into a team that could compete with the best. There isn't a better place to learn to work with people. They have a system you must follow if you want to see results. Don't be scared off by any negative reviews or the $10/hr pay you'll double that if you simply do what is asked of you. This company offers year round steady work and if you hit a slump will do everything in their power to get you out of it. Advancement is possible in this company based off results not time in service so keep that in mind.

Cons

Glassdoor requires a 20 word minimum to continue so...I guess a con would be sometimes it's hard to motivate yourself but that's not a company fault as much as a personal one.

Pros

I enjoy working with a supportive team that values communication and collaboration. The role has allowed me to develop my customer service, scheduling, and problem-solving skills while working with both customers and technicians. Management is approachable, and there are opportunities to learn and grow within the company. I find the work rewarding because I am able to help customers and contribute to a positive experience.

Cons

The work can be fast-paced and demanding at times, particularly during busy seasons. Managing schedule changes and multiple customer requests simultaneously can be challenging and requires strong organizational skills and flexibility.
