Pros
There are no Pro's. The hours are horrible. The appointments are not confirmed.
Cons
They promise 12% Commission paid after the 3 day rescission period. The reality is, they will hold all commissions and ration your money to you as they see fit. They will start out at $600 per week, It will stay that way until you complain and then they will bump it up. I left this company in the spring and earned a total of $47,000 in commissions. I was paid just a little over 20. Now, several months later, I have still not been paid. Read the 27 page document carefully. They have covered their basis enough where you cannot get help from the DOL. There is an arbitration agreement in the contract. It will not hold water as it is buried in a 27 page document. However, it is enough to make the DOL back off. I am fortunate enough to have the money to hire a legal team team. Unfortunately, most people do not. The positive ratings on these websites are clearly written by their management team, The 27 page document also contains a non-compete, which, also does not hold water. The GM told our entire training class that it was not a non-compete but more of a non-disclosure. The entire company is a scam. The promised wages will never be paid. If you are earning $20,000 a month in commissions, you may get paid half. They will come up with a million excuses on why you are not getting paid. Once you leave, either prepare for a legal battle or just write off your owed commissions as a loss.
