Pros

I have now been with the company for almost a year now and I have been amazed by the opportunity for income and growth within Improveit!. I have been in Sales, in some sort or another for almost 5 years and have always wanted to work for an organization which understands that the entire organization from entry level to management level should be appreciated and rewarded. Having worked both in the restaurant industry and doing mind numbing work or physical labor. I am happy that I am not working any of those lengthy unknown hours. A defined an specific schedule. Income opportunity -- Those who have professional drive succeed. Autonomous responsibility -- No one breaths down my back or micromanages me. Everyone is Positive! All through out the organization. Each Month we have company department meetings. The Monthly bonuses and overrides are great. I earned over $1000 last month just in a bonus. The Management team hands out Major money at the meeting. The company invests a lot of time and energy trying to make the Walmart showrooms the best that they can be. I get a lot of compliments on Showrooms. I use my Brain to make my money, I don't have to rely on others or work in uncomfortable/dirty environments. Training -- Consistent and informative -- Really gives me good ideas. Paid Vacation and Sick Days. 401K Recently awarded the "Best place to Work" in 2015. All in all I am so happy I work for this company.

Cons

I really cant think of too many things off the top of my head. Maybe I have not been asked to work overtime. My health insurance is almost 200.00/mth.

Pros

I enjoy working with a supportive team that values communication and collaboration. The role has allowed me to develop my customer service, scheduling, and problem-solving skills while working with both customers and technicians. Management is approachable, and there are opportunities to learn and grow within the company. I find the work rewarding because I am able to help customers and contribute to a positive experience.

Cons

The work can be fast-paced and demanding at times, particularly during busy seasons. Managing schedule changes and multiple customer requests simultaneously can be challenging and requires strong organizational skills and flexibility.
