2 years ago I came across an opportunity to work for Improveit! Home Remodeling. Instantly I felt welcomed and was able to relate to many of the people that work here. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel like this was the place I had been looking for in a career. The family atmosphere and work ethic of everyone here made it an easy choice for me in my job search. The growth of the company also made it an easy choice because of my desire to find a company that promotes from within. In my 2 years here I have been promoted 3 times. I enjoy coming to work each day which was always a struggle at some of my previous employers.
Cons
Parking in the Short North can be difficult at times, but on the bright side I get to walk in a beautiful part of downtown.
