Pros
- Great wages and the benefits are awesome! Doctors offices always compare my benefits to military or education employees, and with the PPO option it’s sometimes better. - Supervisors really try to get to know their employees and families. It always blows me away, that my department head (who is 3 or 4 supervisory levels over my immediate supervisor) remembers personal things about not just me, but my family, and shows genuine interest in my happiness and well being at both work and at home. - Company has high standards and doesn’t cut corners. Makes it easy to do your job correctly when you don’t have to stress about being forced to take shortcuts. He company takes pride in doing things the right way the first time. - Great opportunities for advancement and growth. I’ve worked in the stores and for several different departments within corporate. If you work hard and show that you are ready for advancement, your supervisors invest in your growth. The company truest wants you to move up and succeed.
Cons
- Company expects employees to work very hard. (No shortcuts from them as an employer means no shortcuts for employees. (Not really a con, it’s only a fair expectation, but some people don’t get the concept.) - On feet all day. - Fast paced environment, have to make sure to keep up.
