The CEO and admin of the company truly care for their employees. Our feedback is always welcomed and accepted when taking things into consideration. Communication between admin and supervisors is made very easy for everyone, and we're made to feel more like family. There are great benefits that come with working at inbloom for medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. The scheduling department is always very accommodating, and they try to help out as best they can when it comes to cancellations and coverage.
