      -The Best/Fun Staff -flexibility -Major Feedback and Support -Comfortable and Safe Environment -Approachable Co-workers -Good Pay

      Cons

      It can be hard to be tech sometimes. You have way more good days than bad days though, and Inbloom will help and give breaks when needed. Management does an amazing job making sure no one suffers from burnout.
