InBloom is an amazing place to work. The BCBAs are supportive and available. The hours are flexible and the services are ethically and clinically appropriate! I’ve worked at companies that were not ethical and cut a lot of corners. I am so relieved to know that InBloom takes pride in their measures to ensure accountability at all levels and offers consistent training for RBTs. If you are someone looking for supervision hours, this is a great place to acquire them, as they have special curriculum for those pursuing BCBA certification. InBloom also regularly evaluates skills (monthly) with their own RBT competency system. I appreciate the accountability and feedback system. I honestly love working here and feel like I’m doing great work with my kiddos and have the support that I need :) Health/Vision/Dental/Life Insurance Benefits!
Cons
Cancellations happen and there’s no way to really make up the hours— however they do their best to communicate with parents so canceling doesn’t become a habit and offer new placement if necessary!
