Business Outlook

Pros

-lots of support from BCBAs and office personnel at the center -staff at center are friendly and care for their clients -office personnel (CEO) makes changes to support R/BTs; our feedback is heard and then implemented when possible (ie: more PTO was added and birthday PTO) -competitive pay

Cons

-No sick pay, have to use PTO/UTO even when makeup session is provided -sessions for high behavior (aggressive) kiddos can be too long (should max at 3.5 hour session - anything longer will lead to burnout). -not a lot of opportunity for growth unless seeking a Masters degree (there is some though; BT to RBT to senior RBT)
