1. No pay for client cancellations and minimum wage is given for late arrivals
2. 5 days of UTO, PTO is available but it accrues very slowly to the point where it feels nonexistent. We don’t necessarily get to observe holidays if they fall on the weekend (they replaced it with floating holidays).
3. Sometimes schedules can be overwhelming (and underwhelming for some). For example, working from 8-12, 12-3, 3-6 with no breaks in between.
4. Sometimes RBTs are under appreciated and requests are ignored or overlooked. There is no balance between the needs of the kiddos and the needs of the RBTs. If you need to change hours to prevent burnout, BCBAs and management can basically say no instead of finding better compromise.
