Pros
The leadership have put a strong focus on creating a positive and collaborative work environment and it has paid off. The environment was not as welcoming when I first started as other reviews might reflect. Everyone in the center is eager to help one another and work as a team, even if they have different clients everyone help everyone from covering bathroom breaks to cleaning. As a BCBA I do not spread thin across clients, my caseload is very manageable. Meeting with a supervisor occur bi-weekly and are very helpful, I always feel supported. Communication about staffing is always consistent and timely. Also the bonus was changed and is very doable.
Cons
The only con I have is my commute, if you live near Woburn that is not a problem!
