      Coworkers - RBTs and BCBAs Clients

      Cons

      Upper management just want to play the popularity game and really foster a negative environment, talking trash about people that don’t suck up to them. A hostile environment that everyone is miserable about. Can’t even properly train new hires because they don’t have the time or care. If you’re missing catty high school environments apply here. Otherwise look elsewhere and your mental health with thank you.

      Pros

      The kids are so sweet and the bcbas try their best.

      Cons

      Management is horrible. Your clients will be charged constantly and the kids progress is never a thought. There is minimal coverage available when clients cancel. The center is a mess and they cannot keep a center director. This leaves rbts with no assistance other than the bcbas. It feels like the Wild West.
