      I love working here. The culture is great. The senior management is hands on and very supportive. The work that the clinicians do is amazing and makes such a difference in these kiddo lives.

      Pros

      The kids are so sweet and the bcbas try their best.

      Cons

      Management is horrible. Your clients will be charged constantly and the kids progress is never a thought. There is minimal coverage available when clients cancel. The center is a mess and they cannot keep a center director. This leaves rbts with no assistance other than the bcbas. It feels like the Wild West.
