      The staff is fun to work with and they engage employees with spirit weeks and potlucks.

      Cons

      There are no sick days, so you have to use your paid time off (PTO) or unpaid time off (UTO). Accruing your PTO depends solely on how much you work which can be tricky if your schedule is inconsistent.

      Pros

      The kids are so sweet and the bcbas try their best.

      Cons

      Management is horrible. Your clients will be charged constantly and the kids progress is never a thought. There is minimal coverage available when clients cancel. The center is a mess and they cannot keep a center director. This leaves rbts with no assistance other than the bcbas. It feels like the Wild West.
