      They were not flexible with scheduling and times of clients as a full time employee and full time graduate student pursuing a Masters degree to become a BCBA.

      Pros

      The kids are so sweet and the bcbas try their best.

      Cons

      Management is horrible. Your clients will be charged constantly and the kids progress is never a thought. There is minimal coverage available when clients cancel. The center is a mess and they cannot keep a center director. This leaves rbts with no assistance other than the bcbas. It feels like the Wild West.
