      They have been flexible with my schedule as a student. Always a supportive team that promotes learning. Some opportunities to earn more pay if you demonstrate an interest in a career

      Cons

      There is little room for growth if you do not want to become a BCBA Sessions can be inconsistent as families sometimes cancel. There is no guarantee of pay when this happens.

      Pros

      The kids are so sweet and the bcbas try their best.

      Cons

      Management is horrible. Your clients will be charged constantly and the kids progress is never a thought. There is minimal coverage available when clients cancel. The center is a mess and they cannot keep a center director. This leaves rbts with no assistance other than the bcbas. It feels like the Wild West.
