Get ready to work 12-14 hour days and every weekend. No one will recognize you for going the extra mile, it is expected. The pay is terrible. Little to zero career growth opportunities. Management was a bit of a dictatorship rather than welcoming ideas and listening to what others had to say. By far the most brutal job I have ever had. A lot of people will leave, and you will be expected to take on their work with no recognition or promotions. It was a bit odd to me that we pitched reducing employee turnover and attrition to our clients, yet we had the worst turnover of any company I have ever worked for.
