All the executives are from Services and HR background. They follow standard business practises across the industry. The process is well set.
Cons
Project are received due to aquaintances of the management. The Client side are egoist. The teams are build in haste when project is won. The employee is entertained till he has a project. Else employee is asked to resign. AI is the acronym they mention of A1 customer and Incedo. The only competency of customer CTO HKG is his long term in that company. All the bugs are created by him in his 10-15 years in the same company. And he want to keep them secret. Incedo has only transactional relation with the employees.
