      Great learning curve, can gain more in depth knowledge due to hands on wide ranged issues and concepts

      Cons

      Will burn out quickly, work on weekends extended working hours, less pay, notice period is 3 months making it unable to accept other offers (even if you receive unable to get a buyout as mangers are non-negotiable)

      Pros

      Supportive and encouraging work environment and colleagues who are willing to help. Work-life balance is manageable, again it depends on the project and your manager. Good exposure to new tools and technologies especially AI. HR and management are super supportive for most issues.

      Cons

      Payscale is slightly below market standards compared to similar roles in the industry. Compensation growth could be more competitive and better aligned with experience and performance.
