      I’ve been with Incedo for 6 Years and 7 Months, and one of the things that stands out the most is the fantastic work-life balance. The company truly values its employees' well-being, offering flexible hours, remote work options, and a culture that encourages taking time off to recharge.

      As the company continues to grow, some processes are still evolving. Clearer standardization in a few areas would help teams move even faster.

      Pros

      Supportive and encouraging work environment and colleagues who are willing to help. Work-life balance is manageable, again it depends on the project and your manager. Good exposure to new tools and technologies especially AI. HR and management are super supportive for most issues.

      Cons

      Payscale is slightly below market standards compared to similar roles in the industry. Compensation growth could be more competitive and better aligned with experience and performance.
