      Upper management is good. Flexible hour

      Cons

      Middle management focus is only on politics specially in Viewlift project. The manger who is taking care of project(Navish) is totally a insecure person and always think what people are thinking about him. There are so called chamchasssss in the project who always pass every peace of info to him. Management focus is only on how they could make a worst environment for current employees. Always present a wrong image of Junior resources in front of client and HR both.

      Pros

      Supportive and encouraging work environment and colleagues who are willing to help. Work-life balance is manageable, again it depends on the project and your manager. Good exposure to new tools and technologies especially AI. HR and management are super supportive for most issues.

      Cons

      Payscale is slightly below market standards compared to similar roles in the industry. Compensation growth could be more competitive and better aligned with experience and performance.
