      I have been working i this company for the last 3 years. Good work life balance with work from home option (in my project) Nice place to work with good ethical values. Competitive industry to work annd good Professional growth. Onsite opportunities available.

      Cons

      Some times we need to stretch to work beyond the working hours. But it is good to learn new things

      Pros

      Supportive and encouraging work environment and colleagues who are willing to help. Work-life balance is manageable, again it depends on the project and your manager. Good exposure to new tools and technologies especially AI. HR and management are super supportive for most issues.

      Cons

      Payscale is slightly below market standards compared to similar roles in the industry. Compensation growth could be more competitive and better aligned with experience and performance.
