      No pros at all. Not sure how did I land up in such an organisation.

      Cons

      1. CHRO has no ethics 2. Employees are pressurised to buy the books written by CEO 3. HR policies do not support personal life. 4. Diversity is a hoax 5. CHRO does the reverse hiring. Totally not aligned with the business requirements 6. Selective support to a few tech leads.
