Pros
I have been working here as Technical Lead for last 3+ years now and have contributed to two major projects for Incedo. - It has been great to work for these clients, who are big brands in their respective domains and it has added good depth to my career. - You will be rewarded for your contributions and your accomplishments will get acknowledged . - Overall I have found a healthy work environment and flexible timings for work is a plus.
Cons
It is a company which is growing rapidly in last couple of years, so frequent policy updates may be a con. But, I can see it is becoming better for the employees.
