Pros
Support for the employees during covid highly appreciable, one-to-one contact with affected employees by senior management, easy reimbursement of bills. Easy transition towards complete WFH when pandemic started. Good exposer and learning while working, highly knowledgeable and supportive team. Employee-centric policies and continuous improvement in it based on employee feedback.
Cons
They are willing to improve, so nothing is in my mind as of now.
